How gift codes work
Send crypto to anyone with a one-time code — no wallet address needed.
- 1. Create
Pick an asset and amount, then generate a code. The amount is reserved from your balance and held until the code is claimed.
- 2. Share
Send the link or just the code to anyone. While unclaimed it stays reserved — revoke any time to get the funds back.
- 3. Redeem
The recipient enters the code once. It credits their balance instantly and the code becomes invalid — each code is single-use.
- 4. Expiry
If a code isn't claimed before it expires, the held amount returns to your balance automatically.
